Refunds & Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we are more than happy to exchange or refund your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns will be credited to the same account used to make the purchase. We will send you an email when we have processed your refund.
Please note: Returned items must be unopened in their original packaging.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note: As we are only a small business, we currently don’t offer a free returns service but hope to in the near future.
If you wish to cancel your order please get in touch as soon as possible. Once the item has been dispatched we cannot offer a refund. Please contact email@example.com for cancellations.
If your order has gone missing please email your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away.
